Whether for a birthday, family reunion, get-together or professional event, the Domaine de Champouteau welcomes you to its peaceful rural setting. The Bergerie gîte, with its large living room and terrace, is ideal for hosting large gatherings, either indoors or outdoors. On-site play areas (children's games, pétanque court, table tennis, football pitch) and the swimming pool (open from May to September) ensure you can relax and enjoy yourself. And why not treat yourself to a spa session? With no neighbours in sight (except us, the owners, who are on hand to help), you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind!

A moins de 2 heures de Paris, à 10 minutes de l'autoroute A10 à Blois, à 10 mn de la gare de Blois et à 30 minutes de la gare TGV de Vendôme, le Domaine de Champouteau se situe en plein cœur du département du Loir-et-Cher, à proximité des Châteaux de la Loire (dont Blois, Chambord, Cheverny…) et des principales activités touristiques de la région, ce qui en fait un lieu exceptionnel pour combiner événement, détente et découverte du patrimoine local.

Here, far from the hustle and bustle of city life and with no immediate neighbours, you will be surrounded by bucolic landscapes and fields, perfect for recharging your batteries with family or friends or sharing these moments with colleagues.
Reception
The living room of the Bergerie cottage will be your reception room, allowing you to gather around a table for up to 36 people. We will arrange the seating to suit the number of guests before your arrival.
Outside, the large terrace can also accommodate the same number of guests, allowing them to enjoy the garden on sunny days.
The Bergerie cottage is also equipped with all the necessary crockery for 36 people (plates, cutlery, water glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, etc.).

In total, there are 15 rooms for up to 36 people, each offering comfortable accommodation for guests.
- Bergerie cottage: 4 bedrooms for 10 people
- Hortensias cottage: 4 bedrooms for 12 people
- Glycines cottage: 3 bedrooms for 6 people
- Hortense, Léonie, Marion and Camille guest rooms: 2 people each
