A former farmhouse renovated over the years, the Domaine de Champouteau welcomes you to Averdon (41), allowing you to discover or rediscover the cultural richness of the Loire Valley, its gastronomy, and its bucolic landscapes.
This old farmhouse has been completely renovated to offer you all modern comforts while retaining its original features, which give it its charm.
Four charming guest rooms and three holiday cottages are available for an unforgettable stay.
Come and enjoy a relaxing break with friends or family by the pool, unwind in the spa, play a game of pétanque or take a stroll through the fields.

Unwind in our indoor spa, open all year round in a warm and soothing atmosphere. Its constant temperature, whatever the season, makes each session a moment of pure well-being for body and mind.
The spa is available as an optional extra, for one-hour slots, to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This wellness service perfectly complements your stay at Domaine de Champouteau, for a relaxing break in the heart of nature.

Our animal friends are welcome in our cottages. However, our guest house is already occupied by our dog Radjah and our cats, and therefore cannot accommodate other animals.
